A traditional GP surgery between Herne Hill and Dulwich Village

Elm Lodge Surgery is a traditional NHS GP surgery on Burbage Road. You are welcome to register with us if you live within our practice area.

All the surgery team are working hard to provide the best possible care to our patients, if you need an appointment please do book through the NHS app, or call the surgery.

We offer a choice of telephone appointments and face-to-face appointments with the GP team. When booking appointments the receptionist will ask for a brief reason for the consultation.

Our aim is to provide safe care to all of our patients including those who are immunocompromised, this may mean that you need to speak to a doctor on the phone rather than in person. Where there is a clinical need, following a phone consultation, the GP will arrange a convenient time for you to come into the surgery for an examination. We are thankful to our patients for being so understanding of the need to protect vulnerable patients in our community.
