Elm Lodge Surgery is a member of our local Primary Care Network and GP Federation, we are called Improving Health Limited.
By working with our neighbouring practices we are trying to provide excellent, proactive and coordinated care consistently and equitably to everyone living in South Southwark.
One of the benefits of working as a network is that all of our patients have access to GP appointments from 8am to 8pm 365 days per year (Enhanced Access Service) at Tessa Jowell Health Centre. This is not a walk-in service. An appointment can be booked at this service by a clinician at your practice if it is right for you. For some patients, for instance those with more complex needs, it is more suitable to be seen at your own practice. You would also need to agree to share your medical records with the hub on arrival. Ask at the practice for more information.
