Our waiting room and consulting rooms are on the ground floor and have wheelchair access. We have a unisex disabled toilet.

There are two disabled parking bays outside the surgery that can be used by blue badge holders.

There are automatic doors at the entrance to the practice. Please ring the intercom if you require any assistance.

Hearing and language access

Please ask reception to activate the hearing loop.

We are happy to arrange telephone translation if English is not your first language and sign language translation if required.

Sight access

Guide dogs are welcome in the surgery.

Please let reception know if you require any assistance reading forms.

Elm Lodge Surgery tries to ensure that all correspondence affords patients the opportunity to have their individual information or communication needs met. You can call or email the surgery to let us know about your communication needs.

Other access

There is space in the surgery for prams and baby changing facilities. Breastfeeding is welcome at the surgery, as are all forms of infant feeding.

There is on street parking outside the surgery, pay and display charges apply between 12 noon and 2pm.

Bicycles can be locked securely outside the surgery. Bicycle thieves operate in Dulwich and Herne Hill, please make sure you lock your bike.
